 Where Do Your Autographs Come From?

Most of our autographs are obtained through private signings or the back room sports collector shows like "The National." We do signing deals with athletes all throughout the year, bringing in thousands of new autographed collectibles every month! We also occasionally buy signed memorabilia from people’s personal collections. This is usually rare or higher-end collectibles like a Mantle ball, Jordan jersey etc. So, if you have something good, we’re interested!

Are Your Autographs Authenticated?

Yes, our autographed products are 100% genuine and authenticated by a leading authentication company. The majority of our products are JSA Witness Authenticated, meaning a JSA expert was an onsite eyewitness at the signings. As some athletes have exclusive arrangements with vendors that only use particular authentication agencies, we also engage other trusted providers like Beckett, PSA, Fanatics and others.

I Got A Mystery Box And Don't Know Who Signed it. 

You can enter the accompanying code on the authentication into the authentication companies database and it will tell you when, where and who autographed your item. 

Why is my Authentication Not Registering On The Authentication Site?

Most of the time this happens, it is because the item was just signed very recently. It can take up to 60 days after signing for the authentication to be added into the accompanying authentication companies database. On rare occasions, there is a data entry error from the authentication companies. If this is the case, we are able to contact our representatives who were at the signing to fix the error.

Can I Return An Item After Receiving It?

You have 90 days from the documented date of delivery to notify us and organize the return of any product. All mystery box orders are non-refundable. If there are any product defects, please contact us for return shipping label, if there is nothing wrong and you just changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds may be denied if the returned item:

  • Is not the exact item that left our warehouse
  • Is not in its original condition
  • Looks worn, washed, or used
  • Is damaged upon arrival

Extra costs may be deducted from your refund if:

  • Any stickers, tags, labels, certificates, packaging, etc. are not returned in their original state.
  • You request a return shipping label from us (refunds exclude original shipping fees)

How Does Your Mystery Box Work?

A sports memorabilia mystery box could contain a number of specified items of randomized autographed and authenticated sports collectibles. Each box is prepared by pulling all of the memorabilia that goes into the run, (which generally includes at least 50 or more distinct items), boxing them up individually, then pulling the box blind after your order is placed. The product description of each box will tell you what type of memorabilia goes into each run, including player lists, value guarantees, and more. All mystery box orders are non-refundable after the box has been opened, but if there are any issues with the item, we can replace the exact item you received.

What Size Are The Signed Jerseys?

All signed jerseys are men’s XL. It is the industry standard in autographed jerseys because this size fits in most frames the best.

Do You Offer Discount Codes?

Yes, we offer discounts for signing up to our notifications as well as occasional seasonal promotions and sales. Since our initial prices are already low, we are unable to offer consistent discounts like some other companies who mark up their memorabilia over 50% to offer “25% Off.”

What Are Your Best Sellers?

Autographed custom jerseys, autograph mystery boxes, framed sports jerseys, and licensed collectibles are among our most popular items. Custom jerseys are our best-selling product. These are hand-stitched replica jerseys without any team or brand logos. Officially licensed jerseys will have “Authentic Jersey” in the title, and you will notice a big difference in the price.

What To Do If I Receive Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries?

We will issue you a return shipping label for any returns that we are accountable for, i.e. sending an incorrect or damaged product. You can either request a replacement if available, refund, or another item of equal value.
