Private Signings

How It Works

  • Start with the player you are interested in on our signing schedule page. Add the tickets to your cart, then proceed to our normal checkout. Return shipping is included automatically, but you can include your own label and we will refund the charges
  • Make sure you download our mail order form along the way so you can send it in with your piece filled out with all the information we will need.
  • If you don't already have the item you want to get signed, order one then send it to us once you've received it (we don't accept direct shipments from third-party vendors like Amazon, ScoreHere, etc).
  • We will check in your order once it arrives, take pictures of your items, and email you confirming that we've received your piece. We'll contact you via phone should we have any questions or problems.
  • After the signing, we will repackage your autographed item and send it back to you.

FAQ

+ What happens if my piece arrives late?

The date that is shown for each player is the day that we must receive your piece by. If we receive your piece after the listed date, we will do our best to get it signed but can't guarantee anything. If your item doesn't make it in time, we will ship it back to you and refund your order minus any shipping charges.

+ My tracking # says you have received my piece. Why haven't I gotten a confirmation email?

Please allow us at least two days from the date of delivery to process your product and email you with a confirmation. If more than two days have passed, send an email to signings@shoprsa.com with your name, order #, and tracking # and we will get back to you with an update on your order.

+ How do I find my Order #?

Your unique Order # will be located at the top of the thank you page, your receipt, and your order confirmation email. If you can't locate it, email us at signings@shoprsa.com with your name, the date the order was placed, and your shipping address and we can look it up for you.

+ How much do you charge for shipping?

+ Can I send my own label?

Yes, feel free to include your own label with your piece. When we check your order in, we will automatically refund you any shipping charges you paid. You'll get an automatic refund notification when this happens.

+ Can I buy unsigned product from you to get signed?

Yes and no. We aren't intentionally stocking and extra raw product to sell, but occasionally we will have some extra pieces. Feel free to inquire at signings@shoprsa.com to see if we have a piece you want available. In the future, we plan on offering a selection of unsigned items for our mail order customers to buy directly.

+ Why don't you accept items from third-party vendors?

Items shipped to us from these vendors almost never contain any identifying information like your name, address, or order number so they are very difficult to match up with your purchase. You also can't include instructions in the box or mark-up/tape your piece to show us your signing requests.

+ How do I contact you?
